Located in prestigious Buckhead, the Piedmont Road high rise Building was a candidate for repositioning by the Lane Company and the Atlanta Housing Authority. Limited square footage and a tight site footprint required that all improvements be made within the existing spaces. The goal of creating flexible spaces to accommodate the many programs created design opportunities and allowed upgrading both interiors and the exterior courtyard.
We assembled examples of some of our projects categorized by our diverse markets of service. Through these diverse projects runs some common philosophies. Those philosophies are: The premise that the concept should rise out of and respect the natural surroundings, a specialty of our Land Planning Department, and the premise that all aspects of wellness enter into the driving purpose of concepts conceived by our design team.
